Shipping policy

Please check the estimated shipping date under products and select the relevant shipping method to ensure timely delivery of your item. We ship using Royal Mail postage services, 1st class or special (next day delivery), dependent on what the customer selects at checkout. After item has been dispatched the customer will recieve an email with tracking or can track their order from the orders page on Oudrageous.uk.

We (Oudrageous team), are not liable for any items that are sent with a tracked service and have gone missing in shipment. We will do our best to resolve this issue and get a replacement for your order if possible.

We consider our perfumes unisex and don't separate them based on gender. Instead we recommend looking at the product notes and when to wear this perfume as a guide to aid your decison.

Due to our products being hygiene related, we are unable to provide a refund for any online orders due to being unable to sell the goods after being tested. As such, we always recommend buying a sample to test the sent before commiting to a full size bottle.

Our products are manufactured locally, with everything mixed/ crafted by hand in the U.K. We strive to reuse packaging in an effort to reduce overconsumption and minimising our environmental impact.

We recommend applying our fragrances on clean, dry skin, after moisturizing to help the perfume 'stick' to the skin ensuring longevity and projection. We DO NOT recommend spraying on clothes due to these being oil based and potentially leaving marks on clothing.
